Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to Products bought on northcell.co.

Digital products are final once delivered

Because our Products are digital and you receive instant access to downloadable files and a copyable Google Sheet, all sales are final once the Product has been delivered, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, buyer's-remorse, lack of compatible software or skill, or failure to download. By completing your purchase and accessing the Product, you acknowledge this and, where permitted, consent to immediate delivery and waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period.

But if something is genuinely wrong, we will make it right

If you hit a real problem, for example a formula that does not calculate correctly, a file that will not open, a materially defective Product, or you cannot access your download, email us at hello@northcell.co and we will fix it promptly. If we cannot reasonably resolve it, we will, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement.

Please reach out first

Most issues are quick to solve (a setting, a Google account permission, or a small tweak). Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, describe the problem, and give us a fair chance to help before requesting a chargeback.

How refunds are handled

Purchases on northcell.co are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Any approved refund is issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and your license to use the Product ends when a refund is issued.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of our Terms. Because our Products are delivered instantly, we may contest unwarranted chargebacks and may revoke the license and access of any account that abuses the dispute process.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state. Where such laws give you mandatory rights, they continue to apply.

Etsy purchases

If you bought from us on Etsy, that order is covered by Etsy's policies and our Etsy shop policies. Please message us through Etsy and we will help.
